Growth Associate Manager:

What You’ll Do:

• Help set overall company strategy for digital marketing to effectively drive growth for the brand
• See strategy through execution - implement and launch marketing campaigns, working across key platforms and constantly monitoring to adjust and improve ROI
• Experiment with innovative, out-of-the-box ideas to increase customer acquisition
• Experiment with optimization (A/B and multivariate testing) of ecommerce landing pages
• Bring customer insights into the center of marketing and user experience strategies
• Report on key marketing metrics to company leadership and cross-functional teams
• Analyze media spend across channels with a goal to optimize the most effective strategies and channels
• Oversee paid social, search, display and retargeting marketing
• Ensure that everything Reformation communicates is unique, thoughtful and on-brand

What You’ll Need:

• BA/BS degree required
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills – both an interest and skill in analyzing data and translating that into actionable insights
• Your ideas are a little wild, a little bold and you are known to execute, analyze, refine and repeat.
• Obsessed with reaching new audiences and creative in your approach
• Entrepreneurial, creative and scrappy marketer able to maximize the budgets of a startup
• Proven experience in designing and building data-driven, automated marketing programs
• 3-5 years of relevant experience or 2 years at a top tier management consulting firm
• Deep familiarity with web platforms, social and community platforms and analytics tools and engines
• Strong team-player who can work well across multiple cross-functional teams.
