Position Overview

As Graphic Designer / Creative Manager, you will help Pique build a brand with rich cultural myth and deep emotional content. You will weave a compelling brand narrative leveraging all touch-points from website, social media, email, blog, marketing collateral and packaging. 

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Founder & CEO to bring Pique brand vision to life

• Design digital / print assets to create cohesive brand experience

• Help direct social media and digital marketing creative production

• Lead campaign design for product launches, seasonal promotions

• Lead design for health content, curriculum and challenges

• Collaborate with growth marketing team to make data-driven design decisions

• Work closely with paid marketing team to create conversion focused ad content

Requirements

• Graphic Design or related degree 

• 2 - 5 years experience working as graphic designer in agency or client side

• Exceptional talent in creativity, self-expression and individualism 

• Advanced knowledge of Adobe CS Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.

• Knowledge of After Effects or Final Cut Pro, Packaging Design a plus
