JOANY is seeking a talented Email Marketing Specialist that will execute email campaigns including setup, testing, list segmentation, and report to optimize campaign results for JOANY.

What You'll Do

• Produce and deploy email marketing campaigns, including the curation of content, translation of marketing assets, coding, and implementation/deployment of email marketing campaigns (~80% Front End Coding / 20% managing email campaigns)
• Provide analysis and reporting for JOANY marketing campaigns to determine overall effectiveness, including return on investment analysis
• Communicate upcoming marketing campaigns and results to the inbound/outbound sales team as needed
• Assist in outbound/inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas

What You'll Bring

• BA/BS in Business/ Marketing or related field
• 2+ years of experience coding emails
• Strong proficiency in HTML/CSS
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Photoshop
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple projects and priorities with minimal supervision
• Flexibility to frequent changes and ability to react quickly
