We are seeking a crm product manager to join our Product team. Reporting to the Director of Product Management, this position will be responsible for developing, managing and executing best-in-class engagement programs across email, push notifications, sms, and in app modals to increase retention and engagement with our users.

An ideal candidate for this role will be an entrepreneurial strategic thinker, a strong cross functional collaborator, a tactical executioner and expert who can juggle multiple priorities in a fast paced environment with ease.

In this role you will:

• Own and execute lifecycle campaign strategies (end-to-end campaign production) to increase engagement and reduce churn.
• Create and lead CRM strategies & execute plans to support specific product lanes by leveraging the most effective marketing channels (email, push, in-app, sms, etc.) to drive success against critical KPIs (onboarding, retention, reactivations, upsell & winback campaigns).
• Lead creative and campaign briefs, work with cross functional groups to build and deploy marketing communications to drive engagement with our core user base.
• Conduct ongoing A/B testing to optimize and increase the effectiveness of CRM programs, including lifecycle trigger programs, transactional messaging and large-scale campaigns.

We're looking for:

• 2+ years of CRM experience in a fast-paced consumer app environment
• Experience with enterprise level engagement platforms.(Leanplum, Appboy, Urban Airship, Simon Data)
• Proven track record of working at both strategic and tactical level to develop and execute CRM initiatives.
• Working knowledge of HTML, SQL, Sketch
• Top-notch project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks involving cross-functional partners and external vendors. Outstanding follow-up, organization, and time management skills.
