Email Marketing and Customer Retention Manager
Brandable is a consumer packaged goods company in Beverly Hills, CA. We are looking for an Email Marketing and Customer Retention Manager to join our Digital and Ecommerce team. In this role, you will lead acquisition and retention strategies to convert new customers and increase revenue and engagement from past customers.

Responsibilities
Work closely with the Director of Digital Marketing to create and deploy email marketing strategies/campaigns
Develop automated flows, campaigns and ad hoc communications to drive engagement and revenue growth
Partner with brand teams and content creators for visual assets and messaging
Assist with the creation of landing pages
Utilize a rigorous, data-driven approach to consistently optimize email marketing campaigns
Maintain email calendar and customer databases
Provide input on best practices as well as design, template and content to improve email KPIs
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 3 years experience in email marketing (CPG and/or subscription experience is a plus) with a heavy focus on analytics, KPI tracking, customer lifecycle and targeting
Expertise with email service providers and automation tools (knowledge of Klaviyo a plus)
Proficient in HTML, Excel / Google Sheets, Google Analytics and Photoshop
Experience with list management, segmentation and A/B as well as multivariate testing
Knowledge of emerging email marketing tech and optimization
Proficiency in CSS, landing page creation and Shopify a plus
