An Insider's view of Core Digital Media

What’s the vibe like in the office?

CDM is unique in that it exists in a competitive, fast-paced, ever-changing industry and still maintains its collaborative, nurturing community spirit. People are encouraged to think creatively and take risks; the result is a group of people invested in and energized by the work they do.

Chelsea Fusco

What makes someone successful on your team?

The most successful people are flexible and open to new ideas. Our industry, and even our individual roles, are constantly changing, so an ability to adapt and pick up on new clients, new processes, and new company goals is essential. Successful teammates are constantly pushing themselves to do better and think of innovative ideas.

Tamara Newman

Campaign Manager

What projects are you most excited about?

We are excited to be moving towards a micro services architecture which will allow us to create modular applications which are easier to build, maintain and deploy. We are re-architecting our front end to utilize newer UI frameworks. We are working on encrypting sensitive consumer data. We are also working on making our applications cloud ready.
