Director, Product Marketing at Dave Inc.
What you'll do:
- Develop, gain buy-in for and execute strategies to activate, onboard, engage, educate, excite, up-sell, and retain Dave members throughout their lifecycle
- Create detailed customer journey flows with actionable trigger points to drive conversion and engagement based on customer insights and industry dynamics
- Determine the strategy and framework for rapid testing in CRM channels
- Develop and manage a high performing, highly engaged team, ensuring all team members are clear on what is expected of them as individuals and as part of the team, know where they stand against these expectations, and deliver coaching to help them achieve their career goals
- Build strong partnerships with 3rd party marketing technology partners
- Partner with our Data Science team to leverage machine learning models to power lifecycle marketing communications
- Lead the marketing direction of Design and Copy in product marketing communications
- Report on key learnings and revenue growth across the marketing initiatives you’re leading
- Drive cross-channel strategy across email, push, in-app message, and SMS
What you'll need:
- 10+ years product marketing experience ideally in an evolving Fintech, eCommerce company and/or a leading/innovative B2C brand
- Demonstrated experience scaling and leading best in class product marketing teams
- Successful track record building relationships and partner with internal teams including design and copy to streamline process for the creation of product marketing collateral
- Experience driving cross-channel strategy across email, push, in-app message, and SMS
- In depth experience working with Braze, Iterable, or other cross-channel marketing platforms
- Extensive project management and presentation skills, and comfort presenting findings and recommendations to leadership and other key stakeholders
- Facility with quantitative and qualitative data analysis and using data to drive decision-making
- A passion for leading through change in a high-paced, fast-changing and sometimes ambiguous work environment
- A solid grasp of Google, Apple, and Microsoft suites as well as data visualization tools
- Working knowledge of basic HTML fundamentals a plus
