Director of Product Marketing

Award-winning AI company ringDNA is searching for a Director of Product Marketing who will be the chief advocate for the ringDNA experience and value across its product line. Working within the Marketing group, you’ll align closely with Product to educate and articulate product value to customers and our own employees. More importantly, you’ll work closely with our Customer Success team to understand product adoption, build meaningful customer relationships, identify new customer heroes and amplify their stories.

Who You Are

  • Experienced product marketer with 5+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including storytelling, writing and most importantly, listening.
  • Gifted at distilling complicated features and solutions into a message for specific buyer audiences.
  • A successful track record interfacing directly with customers and prospects.
  • Applied user insights, research, and testing to marketing strategy.
  • Knowledge & preferably hands-on experience with the SaaS product review environment.
  • Experience with product marketing in the B2B technology space.
  • Passion for the ringDNA mission to create better teams at the world's largest companies to drive adoption, success and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

  • Execute the go-to-market plan for new features and products
  • Closely monitor product adoption and utilization.
  • Engage with customers to discover their challenges, success stories, product utilization, resulting in success stories and product reviews that can be used across the organization for sales and marketing.
  • Work closely across the organization to clearly communicate the value of our solutions to our customers and prospects to enable our sales, support, and customer success teams.
  • Closely monitor the product roadmap & update release schedule to uncover marketing opportunities. 
  • Gain an expert understanding of training methodology, adoption of features, accountability against metrics, coaching strategies, onsite support models, hardware recommendations, continued open communication, and any necessary ringDNA product development.
  • Escalate product opportunities and challenges to our product team.
  • Develop and maintain sales collateral to support sales teams with a focus on acquisition sales.
  • Communicate the core differentiators of our platform to the market and all external focused teams.
  • Drive market research projects to understand the needs of the market and concisely document your findings for distribution within the organization.
