Who We’re Seeking:

Director of Growth Marketing will be a key contributor in growing Omaze’s footprint across all paid marketing channels in the US and abroad. We’re looking for someone with strong analytical skills who knows the ins and outs of performance and growth marketing. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of rapidly scaling paid media across a variety of marketing channels, including social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc), native/content, Google Ads (Youtube, Display & Search), cTV/TV, and more. You will drive traffic to the Omaze site with a focus on generating revenue while optimizing towards a set of KPI goals. This is a hands-on performance marketing role, where you will both develop strategy cross-functionally and manage a team of marketing channel managers.

Key Responsibilities: 

    • Develop and execute high-growth marketing campaigns across a wide range of paid marketing channels to achieve performance marketing objectives and meet KPIs
    • Collaborate with and support our internal and agency partners in executing and optimizing campaigns as well as achieving overall channel goals
    • Grow Omaze customer base in all Omaze prizing verticals such as cars, houses, travel and more
    • Stay ahead of the curve on marketing channel trends, products, and tools
    • Utilize reporting tools such as Tableau and Google Analytics for day to day account management
    • Use your advanced data and analytical skills to drive budgetary and strategic decisions across marketing channels
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (video production, copy & design, merchandising, strategic partnerships, project management, accounting/finance)
    • Manage a team of talented performance marketing professionals

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 7+ years’ experience in hands-on digital/growth marketing experience
  • 3+ years’ experience managing and developing high performance teams
  • Success achieving break-thru performance across a variety of marketing channels, with expert-level knowledge of customer acquisition KPIs and best practices
  • Deep expertise in social media and google platform algorithms, bidding strategies, and objectives
  • Agile and able to manage competing priorities
  • Full command of paid acquisition KPIs, with particular skill optimizing for ROAS & CPA
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, and dynamic environment

Location

The office is located in Marina del Rey with easy access to plenty of restaurants. We are close to LAX, beaches and Marina.
