JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a dynamic Director of Marketing to lead our marketing team and develop and execute our marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving growth and achieving marketing objectives, with a strong acumen in digital marketing. The Director of Marketing will work closely with our executive team to develop and implement marketing initiatives that support our business goals and brand, while also providing leadership and guidance to the marketing team.
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with business objectives
  • Oversee and execute all marketing initiatives, including lead generation, advertising, SEO, PR, social media, email marketing, and events
  • Provide sales support in building a relevant pipeline of leads to meet business plans, quotas, and company objectives. Responsible for generating leads through phone calls, social media, and emails
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and consumer insights that inform marketing strategies and tactics
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources to achieve goals
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement lead generation systems and strategies that are relevant to the industry and product price point (experience in motorcycle, power sports or similar industry strongly preferred).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all channels
  • Work hand in hand with Product Development to develop new product introduction strategies that maximize ROI
  • Measure and analyze marketing performance, and adjust strategies and tactics as needed
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media outlets, industry influencers, and partners
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the marketing team, developing and growing talent within the organization
  • Other responsibilities assigned by your supervisor


REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field; MBA preferred
  • 12+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role and specific expertise managing lead generation process and driving brand awareness.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of sales process and goals& demonstrated track record of working closely with Sales.
  • Player/Coach mentality and ability to personally execute tactical items
  • Experience developing and implementing successful marketing & lead generation campaigns across multiple channels, including digital and traditional media as well as grassroots/guerilla marketing tactics.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices, with a track record of driving growth and achieving objectives
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Highly metrics-focused and metrics-savvy; Proven ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions, particularly in digital marketing metrics
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Experience marketing a premium physical product in a comparable price range
  • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Proficient in using CRM tactically and strategically
  • Strong project and time management skills


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in B2C marketing, preferably in a global brand
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms
  • Experience with SEO/SEM, social media advertising, and content marketing
  • Experience working with international markets
  • Proven ability to lead and grow a high-performing marketing team
