Director of Marketing, LATAM
Job Description
Procore’s International Marketing team is looking for a Director of Marketing to develop and scale our LATAM go-to-market strategy. In this role, you’ll oversee a small but growing team responsible for demand generation, product marketing, and connecting Procore with prospects and buyers.
As Director of Marketing, LATAM, you’ll create marketing strategies and plans that will continue to establish Procore as the best and most widely used construction management platform in the world. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Product, Customer, Marketing, Operations, and other Revenue teams to position our brand, create market demand, accomplish our pipeline goals, and ultimately achieve company revenue targets. This role reports to our Head of International Marketing and can be based remotely from a US location or in our Austin, TX office. Travel will be required, specifically within the greater LATAM territory and to Procore US offices (when borders reopen and travel safety improves). We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.
What you’ll do:
Define and build Procore’s LATAM go-to-market strategies and marketing programs to drive demand with local nuances
Ensure internal revenue teams are aligned with your go-to-market strategies and have the necessary information to execute successfully
Manage a team responsible for executing full-funnel campaigns and implementing go-to-market strategy, creating strategies that align with our segmentation, messaging, positioning within the market
Become a market expert on Procore’s LATAM buyers, how they buy, and their buying criteria
Become an expert in positioning Procore against the competition
Work with Sales and Operations to build and execute against plans, create new pipeline, and accelerate deal cycles
Foster customer relationships to develop references, drive case studies, and identify champions
Manage budgeting, GTM planning, and pipeline forecasting
What we’re looking for:
Deep working knowledge and experience of the LATAM market
12+ years of SaaS/B2B/high-tech marketing experience
Written and oral fluency in Spanish and English
Bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent work experience
Demonstrated the ability to influence others and build strong working relationships across departments and teams to deliver results
Metric and data-driven: proven track record in achieving marketing and pipeline goals and exceeding revenue objectives.
Excellent people management skills and an ability to direct various job roles to align under a cohesive team strategy
Expert in developing results-driven go-to-marketing strategies in a B2B SaaS environment
Expert with driving, launching, and reporting on multi-channel campaigns Command of digital channels and platforms (Marketo, Adwords, Social Platforms)
In-depth working knowledge of SFDC
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
