Director, Global Field Marketing
Location: AZ, CA, IL, MI, MN, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, WA
The Director of Global Field Marketing will be responsible for driving growth through integrated marketing programs through our Events and Account level marketing programs. As the key partner for strategic growth and in-market awareness, the Director of Global Field Marketing will build and execute our regional events strategy and work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing and Growth Marketing to develop and execute high performing targeted campaigns to acquire key new customers and maximize our relationships with our key customers.
As the Director of Global Field Marketing you will:
- Oversee and drive field marketing plans to grow TeleSign’s existing base and acquire new customers
- Own strategy, development, and execution of targeted marketing programs that include but are not limited to field events, customer events, industry events, and webinars
- Work closely with sales and customer success teams to craft account-level marketing plans for top strategic accounts
- Manage relevant industry association partnerships and other 3rd parties in the execution of programs
- Work cross-functionally with product, sales, customer success, and other teams to develop and execute go-to-market programs
- Measure and track performance of programs to optimize budget and resources to achieve awareness and revenue goals.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of field or event marketing experience with at least 5 years of people management.
Preferred Qualifications
- A track record of building and executing high-performing owned events including in-person events, webinars and virtual events.
- Experience building and managing account-level marketing plans and programs that support acquisition and expansion for strategic accounts.
