We’re looking for a Director of Global Business Marketing to join Team Snapchat! As a member of the Marketing team, you will manage a team of team leads and managers. You will be responsible for defining and launching new business areas and setting strategy. You will drive the business and have ultimate accountability for your area, constantly prioritizing, triaging, and communicating across Sales, Product, Content, Partnerships, Communications, Legal, International, and others. You will develop and execute marketing programs that leverage our own platform and products to educate and inspire our clients through world-class business marketing.
You will partner with internal teams skilled at influence without control. Working from our Santa Monica, CA, headquarters, you’ll focus on bringing together resources from inside and outside the marketing organization to achieve team goals — that includes cross-functional team leadership.
What you’ll do:
Lead the team responsible for crafting and executing the global business marketing approach that educates, inspires and motivates our advertising and marketing partners.
Develop, articulate and champion a clear and compelling Snapchat business marketing narrative to serve as the underpinning for all business marketing programs.
Prioritize initiatives and resources across multiple business verticals, initiatives and geographies
Bachelor's degree or equivalent marketing experience
15+ years experience in a marketing leadership role
Experience leading cross-functional teams
Demonstrated experience and success leading a business-to-business marketing team/organization
A track record of success in both domestic and global marketing roles
Strong leadership skills with the ability to navigate complex organizations
An easy collaborator who embodies Snap Inc’s core values
Digital platform / app marketing experience
Superior customer service mentality and ability to maximize internal and stakeholder relationships across teams to plan and drive business goals
Able to tactfully bridge priorities between different stakeholders
A creative thinker who has lots of ideas and sees solutions when most would not
