Director of Events & Field Marketing

ServiceTitan is looking for a Director of Events & Field Marketing. Reporting into the VP of Corporate Marketing, the Director of Events & Field Marketing will be responsible for designing and leading an events program that drives awareness, grows adoption, and builds brand affinity.
In this role, you’ll partner with leaders across the organization to determine how we leverage both sponsored and hosted events -- including our annual industry conference, Pantheon -- to support customer acquisition, customer experience, and brand recognition. With a strong understanding of our customer, our product, and the verticals we serve, you will test new programs and set clear goals and KPIs to measure success.
The ideal candidate has a gift for creating memorable experiences, a passion for data, and proven experience building and scaling high-performing teams.

What You'll Do:
Develop a cohesive, company-wide event strategy in partnership with brand, demand gen, customer experience, product and more to build a consistent customer experience through all event programming
Responsible for aligning event programs to company business objectives and marketing team quarterly goals; implement ways to track and measure effectiveness and ROI; work closely with marketing and sales operations to report quarterly the outcomes event programs have driven to date.
Own the strategy, budget and calendar for trade shows/sponsored events, field, virtual, and internal events; lead the team through cross-functional promotions, execution and post-event reporting and analysis; oversee the production and execution of all events directly managed or managed by team
Oversee Pantheon, ServiceTitan’s annual industry conference for more than 4,000 contractors to network and learn best practices for running and scaling a trade business
Design programs to create, expand, and accelerate sales opportunities, in close collaboration with demand gen and sales leadership
Manage ServiceTitan branded merchandise, for use both internally and externally, including gifting, branded giveaways and promotional items
Lead a high performing team of event and field marketing professionals responsible for executing the entire events life cycle
What You'll Bring:
A marketing leader with 8+ years of experience across events, field marketing, demand generation, account-based marketing, and partner marketing
Experience building and leading high-performing teams, preferably at a B2B SaaS organization, and managing a multi-million dollar events budget
Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills with an ability to communicate at all levels of an organization and hold a team accountable to high standards
Data-driven operator with a proven track record of developing and executing on event programs that drive revenue and advance core business objectives
High-level, strategic thinker who isn’t afraid to get in the trenches and get their hands dirty when needed
Strong familiarity with Salesforce, a marketing automation platform (preferably Marketo) and a strong understanding of the latest event marketing and management software
Incredibly detail-oriented; able to balance creativity with a project management mindset
Ability and willingness to travel domestically pending the state and return of in-person events
