We’re seeking a Director of Demand Generation to develop the strategy and oversee execution of programs that target prospective buyers, create awareness, generate leads, and nurture IT leaders to engage with our sales organization.

What You Will Do:

  • Build upon and improve the overall marketing strategy that helps drive demand generation.
  • Develop marketing plans in collaboration with the sales team to support pipeline goals.
  • Coordinate with end-to-end our content to create strategy for gated content and experiences that will drive significant conversion.
  • Be responsible for successful execution of Accounts Based Marketing programs.
  • Forecast and measure the impact of campaign performance on the sales cycles.
  • Partner with the sales, partner marketing and demand generation team on program strategy, goals, execution and reporting.
  • Define KPIs and implement measurement, analytics, benchmarking, and reporting methods to gauge success for digital programs.
  • Develop and regularly maintain standard reporting for all channels (organic, impressions, traffic, conversions, etc).
  • Build and own a strong framework for analytics and continuous testing and optimization of landing pages and overall website.
  • Work with Digital Marketing Manager to ensure that SEO and paid media initiatives are supporting our demand gen goals.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns to support lead generation efforts.

Who You Are:

  • 5-8+ years experience in a fast-paced demand generation environment with an enterprise B2B SaaS product.
  • Experience creating and implementing pipeline acceleration programs. 
  • Proven results leading enterprise campaigns leveraging B2B digital/inbound/outbound marketing including website and content marketing, ability to leverage social media to seed demand, search engine optimization/search engine marketing (SEO/SEM), association marketing, content syndication, and strategic events.
  • Proven expertise in leveraging multiple channels including paid search, paid social, display, SEO, ABM, content syndication, retargeting, and other tactics to drive brand amplification and lead generation efforts at scale.
  • Strong analytics, focused on developing results-driven demand generation campaigns.
  • Adept at strategy and planning, as well as hands-on execution. You'll have the opportunity to own the go-to-market demand gen strategy for the company, to look for effective ways to drive growth and convert customers, and to set strategy and own execution behind innovative advertising and brand campaigns.
  • Proven record of leading an ABM (Account Based Marketing) approach and managing a shared demand funnel with sales to meet or exceed pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Have excellent program management abilities – must have handled the development and execution of field marketing programs/events.
  • Demonstrated skills in positioning and differentiating products and services.
  • Constantly optimize and personalize web experiences to increase lead conversions and decrease time to sale.
  • Understanding of marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, etc.)
  • Deep expertise leveraging a modern martech stack including Marketo, Salesforce, ABM tools, intent data, etc.
  • BA or BS degree in marketing or related business degree.
