You are a data driven, hands-on, results oriented strategic account marketer who thrives on segmenting databases, thinking through tailored customer journeys, understanding what makes certain accounts tick, and driving sales-marketing collaboration. You’re comfortable and capable of thinking like an enterprise sales exec as well as a creative, tactical marketer. You can manage multiple projects, lead cross-functional work, roll-up your sleeves, and ensure deliverables, deadlines, milestones, and goals are met. Not only are you adept with standard marketing technology, you also have a keen sense of how to grab attention from a target audience.

In this role you will:

  • Collaborate with sales to ensure optimization of pipeline coverage, engagement, and acceleration across territories.
  • Drive prioritization planning and sales alignment through education and enablement for sales team on ABM activities
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Content to zero-in on ICPs and personas to accelerate stakeholder consensus building within key accounts
  • Represent ABM performance and plans in marketing and sales meetings and manage ABM performance (budget, spend, ROI, and other KPIs) according to plan
  • Partner with marketing operations and sales development team on targeting and lead follow up prioritization and progression
  • Improve waterfall metrics, including reach, conversion, velocity, value and return -- ultimately contributing to revenue growth
  • Create and deliver integrated multitouch Account Based Marketing programs for strategic, enterprise accounts consisting of:
  • Digital Targeting
  • High Impact, targeted content
  • Email Marketing, nurture and drip programs
  • Direct Mail door openers and unblockers
  • Digital, Virtual, and eventually Physical Events

We’re looking for:

  • 7-10 yrs successful track record in owning and driving ABM programs for B2B technology companies
  • Demonstrated history of working with senior sales teams to drive revenue from enterprise firms
  • Strong combination of creative and critical thinking to design, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns for various personas and audiences
  • Excellent proficiency in connecting data analytics to business objectives and program actions
  • Ability and willingness to move fast, shifting from hands-on, ground-level execution to broad-view strategy and back again with ease
  • A collaborator at heart with a bias for action
