How you will contribute:
The role of Digital Marketing Strategist is a vital role in the Professional Services department and responsible for driving consultative strategy for our clients in various avenues of digital marketing such as social media, blogs, and Google advertising.
As a cross-functional member of the Professional Services Team, you will work with the Social Media, Blog, and Advertising performance teams to oversee all services client communication and be the primary point of contact for services throughout the lifetime of the client - from sales to onboarding to ongoing delivery to off-boarding. You will be responsible for relaying performance trends and optimization tactics to client-based on the suggestions of your “back end” team. As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will also work cross-departmentally to assist the sales and CS teams as needed with closing upsell opportunities. You will also identify upsell opportunities within professional service offerings for our clients. Lastly, you will also project manage as needed to maximize campaign strategy.

- Understanding of digital marketing and the in-depth benefits of our blog, advertising, and social media services
- Comfortable with selling/upselling
- Proven ability to drive results under pressure and in the face of ambiguity, both with customers and internal teams

Why you're important to us
The role of a Digital Marketing Strategist is crucial to the success of PatientPop’s Professional Services department. As the “face” of Professional Services, you are the client’s main point of contact and trusted digital marketing consultant. Success in this role will contribute to maintaining a high services CSAT & NPS, assist in Customer Success upsells, as well as meeting other professional services KPIs.
In your first 90 days you will:
You will learn all about the digital marketing solutions that PatientPop has to offer so you can become a master at recommending digital marketing solutions to private practices. You will work cross-functionally with our Customer Success team to effectively manage over 150 accounts, help build customer relationships, and assist cross-selling add-on services based on the customer’s needs. Finally, you will manage accounts and projects with the delivery team to ensure that all of your customer requests are handled effectively and in a timely manner.
