Digital Marketing Specialist
EZ Texting is looking for a motivated, results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to support digital marketing initiatives and drive revenue through successful execution of marketing strategies and activities that support lead generation. The ideal candidate thrives in a data-driven environment and has a bias towards action, with outstanding organizational and communication skills and precise attention to detail. Responsibilities:
Execute end-to-end multichannel marketing campaigns and webinars to create marketing qualified leads, to drive sales opportunities and ultimately revenue.
Increase customer engagement across multiple channels
Assist with the management of all digital marketing campaigns including display, content syndication, and review sites
Assist with the ideation and execution of A/B testing and conversion path optimizations to improve funnel conversion rates
Partner with content and creative services to craft compelling messaging and build effective content marketing and content syndication campaigns that increase awareness, generate leads and drive conversion
Maintain alignment with integrated marketing calendar to ensure campaigns are consistent with department and business objectives
Work cross-departmentally to ensure effective audience targeting, successful campaign launch and optimization, and accurate measurement of campaign performance
Create and maintain regular reporting on overall channel performance and individual campaign analytics
Research and make recommendations on new channels to drive leads across our core verticals
Qualifications:
1 - 3 years of marketing experience
BA/BS preferred
B2B marketing experience a plus (fast-paced, startup tech environment)
Highly organized with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong individual contributor and self-starter
Highly collaborative
Proven ability to manage and optimize marketing campaigns
- Experience with Google AdWords, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
- Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot) is a plus
- Understanding of direct marketing KPIs
