As the Digital Marketing Manager on the sports team, you will visualize the crate experience for our subscribers through collaboration with a variety of team members to deliver a polished final product. To thrive in this position, you must be a detail-oriented and organized sports fan with strong attention to follow-through and high quality design practices.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Help shape, design and execute the marketing strategy NBA & MLB Crate Subscriptions
  • Be a champion of data-driven solutions
  • Inform brand decisions based on acquisition spend impact, customer preferences, life cycle, journey, cannibalization, migration, subscriber churn, etc.
  • Development of product launch co-marketing & PR plans with key industry partners, influencers & vendors
  • Identify new marketing channels and work with Loot Crate's marketing team to scale those channels in a cost efficient manner
  • Develop & execute event partnership strategy
  • Share business growth and pipeline goals and report key marketing metrics
  • Working directly with external executives
  • Collaborate with internal teams, executive stakeholders and partners to maximize results

WHAT DEFINES SUCCESS:

  • Create clearly defined Growth strategy for Sports Crate's product lines
  • Communicate that Growth strategy across the organization and achieve buy in from all relevant functions
  • See consistent and predictable growth in overall subscriptions as a result of those Growth strategies

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED:

  • 5+ years of e-commerce marketing experience
  • Experience with web analytics and drawing insights from that data
  • ​BA or BS Degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Ability to build, manipulate and analyze complex data sets within Excel using pivot tables and vlookups
  • Experience and interests relevant to the sports industry strongly preferred
  • Experience planning and executing multiple, complex marketing plans
  • Data modeling experience is a plus, but not required
