About the role and about You:

Established in 2014 as a tech business, we are now expanding and are in the process of developing ground breaking Zwift hardware. This is a big and exciting change for us, and because of this, we are looking to build a global Supply Chain team.

We will be scaling the business and our supply chain quickly, so this role is designed to enable us to make our newly developed supply chain effective, across planning, sourcing, production and logistics.

Directly reporting to the Senior Director Global Planning, the Demand Planning analyst will be responsible for managing all demand planning and analytics in a rapidly changing and high growth environment. This includes responsibility for owning and publishing the global demand plan, coordinating with supply planning, performing ad-hoc data analytics, preparing data and providing insights for executive decision making and providing supply chain visibility/transparency through reports, metrics and scorecards.   This position will support initiatives driving supply chain agility, continuous improvement and designing future analytics capabilities.

You partner with our supply planning to execute orders and supplier forecasts to deliver to expectations.

What you'll do:

• Become the analytical expert, disseminate relevant reporting and information in order to improve forecasting accuracy and aid in planning and process improvement initiatives.
• Monitor supply and demand imbalances and communicates/escalates, as appropriate.
• Execute continuous improvement opportunities in forecasting, planning and execution of the demand/supply plan.
• Participate, support and provide data for the S&OP executive meeting process. 
• Independently or with a team, generates innovative ideas and solutions to problems; offers multiple options to achieve desired results.
• Uses discretion and independent judgment to organize and prioritize work and work independently to solve a variety of problems. Will be expected to complete some assignments with little direction.
• Interact with employees at all levels of the company to exchange information, explain reasoning or findings, and resolve concerns, while exhibiting a positive and professional demeanor.
• Assist the V.P of Finance  in preparing reports/analytics for the Quarterly Business Reviews
• Monitor and provide weekly visibility to the sales team on Impaired Inventory.  Work closely with Sales , V.P. of Finance , and COO to sell and reduce impaired inventory.
• Provide Ad Hoc Reports for V.P of finance as requested
• This position has no direct reports; however, this position will require the ability to motivate other resources to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects. Will also be expected to participate in, facilitate, and/or lead group meetings.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Microsoft Excel, Access and VBA power user
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint
• Familiarity with NetSuite or similar tools preferred
• Dedication to detail and accuracy 
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills 
• Process oriented
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain complete confidentiality and discretion in business relationships and exercise sound business judgment.
