About the role:

We’re looking for a Demand Generation Manager to join our highly collaborative marketing team. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will own integrated marketing campaigns, focusing on cross-channel campaign strategy and end-to-end execution to deliver high-quality leads across our target verticals. We’re looking to expand our campaigns via Paid Search (SEM), Paid Social (LI/TW/IG) and programmatic ad buying, and are always looking for new channels.

In this role you will:

  • Manage paid search and paid social campaigns (and potentially other paid channels) to reach the desired audience and optimize lead generation.
  • Analyze conversion data, customer insights and behaviors to identify unique audience segments to drive custom targeting and messaging tactics within paid channels.
  • Develop KPIS to monitor performance of demand generation efforts; including campaign results (open rates, click-throughs, page visits, SEO/SEM), funnel activity (conversion rates from MQLs to SQL to opportunities to won deals), and cost analysis (cost per lead, ROI).
  • Expand our lead nurturing programs (email marketing) via Hubspot to accelerate prospect movement through the demand generation funnel. Optimize deliverability, open rates, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with design and content on testing new assets, creatives, landing pages and CTAs.
  • Develop and manage our digital events marketing (sponsored and hosted webinars) to drive registrations.
  • Measure, track, and document all results and develop testing strategies for scaling budget as efficiently as possible.
  • Create performance reports and present learnings across the company.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience with paid search campaigns (Google Ads), and paid media campaigns across various platforms including paid social, programmatic ad buys, and retargeting.
  • Experience working with audience segmentation, personalization, and/or conversion optimization.
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics platforms and marketing technology (Hubspot preferred)
  • Strong proficiency with key campaign management tools and platforms (Google Adwords, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).
  • Experience optimizing landing pages.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint/Google Slides skills.
  • Experience collaborating across teams including sales, product managers, content marketing and design.
  • A healthy data obsession. You will need to analyze current performance, observe historical trends and identify new opportunities within the data to optimize and scale campaigns.
  • Experience working with creative/design/content teams to develop new messaging and creative concepts, iterate on high performing ads, as well as develop new testing frameworks and present learnings.
  • Some knowledge of SEO and optimizing for organic search would be a bonus.
