GOAT is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented CRM Manager who can lead our retention marketing efforts. You will work closely with the Growth team within the larger Marketing and Communications team, and be responsible for driving engagement, retention and revenue through email, push and personalized experiences. The ideal candidate has experience in email marketing, mobile push, in-app messaging and analytics.

In this role you will:

  • Drive strategy and execution of CRM to onboard, retain, build loyalty and increase lifetime value by engaging customers with personalized, targeted and relevant marketing at every stage
  • Leverage omni-channel marketing automation tools to build lifecycle, transactional and promotional campaigns
  • Develop A/B test strategies to optimize and increase the effectiveness of CRM efforts
  • Manage CRM database including data hygiene, data structure and list growth
  • Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM regulations
  • Work with growth analytics to manage dashboards on all CRM efforts for reporting
  • Partner with the broader Marketing and Communications team to develop a comprehensive CRM strategy
  • Create and maintain a communications calendar for email and push
  • Thoroughly QA all emails to ensure that campaigns are error-free
  • Identify areas for engagement and revenue growth through email and pushes

We are looking for:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in CRM, Marketing Automation, or Lifecycle Marketing at a B2C company
  • Proficiency in A/B and multivariate testing
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with data driven approach
  • Excellent project management skills and high attention to detail, with the ability to lead and manage multiple time-sensitive projects under tight deadlines
  • A quick learner, a self-starter, able to work independently, and willingness (and ability) to handle the pressures of an increasing level of responsibility; start-up experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in coding email HTML
  • SQL, strong Excel and data modeling skills are all plusses
  • Knowledge of the Leanplum platform is a plus
