About the role

Route’s Creative/Office Assistant is a dual-role and we’re searching for an out-of-the-box strategic thinker who is organized, flexible and exudes confidence with experience in both creative and administrative fields. This individual is energetic, scrappy, and can execute many various office tasks including restocking, printing, light cleaning, and organizing new hire paperwork. The creative side of this position will give the opportunity to assist Route's creative and marketing teams in running social media, photoshoots, and event planning (including day-of set up/take down).

Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong, innovative, and exciting brand! Must be Los Angeles based.

Your participation:

• Support Chief of Staff on various office tasks and initiatives
• Manage and post on social media channels (Instagram, Twitter)
• Support creative team on social media timeline, content ideas, collaborations, giveaways, etc
• Help schedule casting and photo shoots for content and promos
• Help organize day-off tasks for in-house events and activations
• Supervises the maintenance of office equipment, food, etc.
• Responsible for the facilities day-to-day operations (such as distributing building access keys and back-up to security access cards, etc.)

Your qualities:

• 2+ years working as a creative or office assistant
• Experience with photo or video editing software (like Photoshop or Adobe Premiere Pro)
• Social media management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Must love Golden Retrievers
• Working knowledge of office processes
• Strong references
