FabFitFun is searching for a Creative Workflow Coordinator to join our Content & Creative team at our HQ in West Hollywood. We are looking for a detail-oriented rockstar to traffic all content and creative requests. If you enjoy managing timelines and organizing workloads for a fast-paced collaborative, creative team, then this role is for you!

What You’ll Do:

• Vet all incoming project requests through our project management system (Wrike) for the Content and Creative department
• Engage with all levels of the company to provide creative partnership; gather project data and missing information, anticipate project execution challenges, and create timeline expectations  
• Assign projects to the correct resources across the Content & Creative team
• Lead department project management system integration and provide trainings, updates, and tools 
• Oversee daily and weekly workload across department; ensure appropriate delegation, coordinate timing, and review project priorities in order to make deadlines 
• Maintain departmental calendars and necessary milestone dates 
• Proactively communicate design impacts to production, including deadline shifts or other implications to cross-functional teams
• Joins weekly team meetings with Design, Photo, and Video teams to communicate project status 
• Work with Director, Production to develop workflows and process improvements
• Prepare comprehensive status reports to be shared with team leaders as needed

What You’ll Bring:

• Creative agency or in-house experience required
• 3+ years of experience in creative project coordination or graphic design preferred
• Prior experience working with project management software required; Wrike is a preferred!
• Experience with creative development processes and needs across multiple media types including digital, print, and video
• Effective  communication skills with the ability to to articulate technical and creative concepts and requirements
• Highly collaborative individual with the capability to engage across all departments and levels of the company
• Ability to adapt in a constantly evolving environment and manage a high-volume inbox and calendars 
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Creative problem-solver; can concept alternative solutions when needed for process, resource, time, technology, and/or budget constraints
