About the Role
GoodRx is seeking a sharp and motivated Coordinator, Consumer Direct Mail to support a high-functioning and fast growing Direct Mail team. The Coordinator, Consumer Direct Mail will support the Direct Mail team in the day-to-day functions related to executing our monthly media plans.
The ideal candidate has impeccable attention to detail, capable of working independently as well as with a team, and is comfortable managing numerous projects simultaneously. This is a great opportunity for a marketing enthusiast to get experience learning from a skilled print marketing team and gain expertise with a variety of tools and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Direct Mail team in the development and maintenance of monthly media plans
- Work with internal teams and external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing campaigns
- Manage a monthly recap of mailed materials utilized by customer service team
- Facilitate fulfillment of customer requests
- Manage organization and maintenance of operational reports and documents
- Evaluate and monitor campaign performance by analyzing key metrics and preparing comprehensive reports by collecting and summarizing large sets of data
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications or related field desired
- Proven working experience in a coordinator/specialist role at a tech driven company
- Highly organized and capable of handling multiple projects
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Excel experience required. Familiarity with pivot tables, vlookups, and large data sets required. Proficiency in working with data in spreadsheets and/or data visualization
- Ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Healthcare experience a plus
