We’re looking for a Coordinator to join the Advertiser Solutions team at Snap Inc! Working from our Los Angeles Headquarters, you’ll work directly under VP of Advertiser Solutions, as well as collaborate with colleagues throughout the company to drive business results.
What you'll do:
Support and maintain Head of US Enterprise Sales’ calendar by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel
Prepare and update requested reports by collecting and analyzing information
Act as a liaison between clients and internal sales teams
Conserve executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information
Facilitate and coordinate client events, meals, and client related planning
Spearhead planning of internal events to maintain synergy and culture between the various verticals within the Enterprise Sales organization
Collaborate and build strong internal relationships with cross functional partners across the company
Manage, collect and file expenses while meeting the company guidelines around delivery and timing
Welcome guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries
Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Proactively coordinate within a fast-paced environment, while maintaining great attention to detail
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Highly organized and detail oriented with a proactive work-style
Ability to quickly learn new technologies, programs, and applications
Strong familiarity with Google enterprise products (gmail, calendar, docs) and a passion for implementing technology to increase efficiency
Experience planning large team events and off-sites
Strong scheduling and coordination skills, and comfortable with last-minute changes
Thrive in a fast-paced, quickly changing startup environment with an optimistic approach to work and life
Incredibly proactive and able to take initiative and work efficiently with little direction
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience navigating several different projects and timelines at once
3 years minimum experience providing high-level administrative support at the executive level
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
1+ years of experience working in a tech/start-up environment
