Supernatural is seeking a Contract Brand Strategist (Short term contract) to collaborate with internal teams and provide Brand Strategy & Positioning, and a messaging calendar to inform campaign development for 2023. 

SOW: 

  • Develop Brand Strategy and Positioning, inclusive of market landscape & competitive research, brand voice, strategic positioning in the fitness and VR markets, with a clear strategy on differentiation 
  • Build out messaging documentation that lists out Supernatural’s value propositions and product messaging
  • Strategize how the brand shows up on consumer facing channels, such as social and community
  • Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities
  • Develop a diversity, heritage and inclusion strategy to inform marketing comms and workout content programing 
  • Build out a messaging strategy for the calendar year of 2023 to inform campaign development and content programming

What are some social events your company does?

One of my most memorable evenings during the pandemic was attending our monthly all-hands meeting in the virtual world. Despite being isolated, we used our virtual reality headsets to attend a party together in an imaginary digital venue, all dressed as unique “avatars” of our own creation. The experience was surreal and I’ll never forget it.
