An Insider's view of MuteSix

How would you describe the company’s work-life balance?

Great work life balance! All employees have the flexibility of working remotely whether its from the comfort of their own home or at the beach. As long as you have the same level of execution and collaboration that you would do in the office. There's also flexible time off, because everyone needs to recharge their batteries as much as possible.

Luis Tinajero

Head of Talent Acquisition

What does your typical day look like?

I love the pace of a day at MuteSix. My day can look very diverse and includes things from analyzing MoM data trends on an account to working on creative visions with our production team.
Here at MuteSix, we care about more than the top metrics of an individual campaign; we are invested in growing the business overall, and it shows with our clients

Anya Gosine

Facebook Campaign Manager

How does the company support your career growth?

The company supports me with a clear path to grow and progress. At each stage of my development I know my strengths and weaknesses and what i need to do to make it to the next level in my career. Communication from all levels of leadership is super honest and transparent so I know exactly where i stand and what needs to be done.

Joshua Henry-Hicks

Director, Facebook Campaigns

What is your vision for the company?

We want to empower the next generation of entrepreneurs by bringing the most talented marketers and creatives to the table and lowering the overall barrier entry to success when it comes to new customer acquisition across all media platforms.

Steve Weiss

What’s the vibe like in the office?

We've got an open door policy across the board-- from Steve, the CEO, to the latest person we hired last week. There's always a lot of people walking around, both visitors and employees so you talk with a lot of people every day... but my favorite part is having a dog friendly office where I get to interact with a variety of puppers daily!

Head of Influencer Marketing
