Content Marketing Manager at CreatorIQ
We are looking for a strategic and creative content marketer to join our fast-paced startup. As a member of our marketing team, you will work closely with the product marketing, marketing operations, and business development teams to scale a measurable content strategy that reaches our target prospects and customers. We work hard, move fast, and have a ton of fun along the way.

What you’ll do:
- Own, develop, and protect the CreatorIQ voice
- Plan and create content for newsletters, blog posts, targeted nurture campaigns, thought leadership pieces, ebooks, press releases, and more
- Work with marketing operations to strategically align B2B content production needs with output
- Manage PR/communications team to cross-coordinate industry themes and service 3rd-party content opportunities
- Maintain and integrate a robust content calendar that interweaves organic social, email, and event marketing initiatives
- Construct an SEO-friendly optimization framework for all O&O content that ensures quality and broad appeal
- Oversee the production of relevant rich media and supporting illustrative assets
- Work closely with product marketing to create a consistent and clear message that positions CreatorIQ as a market leader
- Measure and report on content marketing’s impact on key cross-departmental performance goals
Who you are and what you’ll need for this position:
- 3+ years experience delivering highly successful content programs for B2B SaaS (focus on Martech, influencer marketing, and social media marketing a plus)
- Familiarity leading content ideation propelled by cross-departmental business needs
- Proficiency in Keynote and Powerpoint a must
- Experience with design software, i.e. Photoshop or Canva a big plus
- Familiarity with core SEO and web analytics concepts a plus
- Ability to work with HTML/ CSS a plus
- Experience working within custom Wordpress environments a plus
- Familiarity with clickstream/ keyword research tools a plus
- Past experience developing email content within automation systems like Pardot, Hubspot, or Marketo a big plus
- Creative strategist who is passionate about processes and structure
- An idea generator who enjoys developing fresh hooks for compelling copy
- Hands-on, autodidactic marketer with great project management skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, digital-first environment
- Passionate about the future of influencer and social media marketing
- High EQ, comfortable with ambiguity and a “no job too small” startup mentality
