Content Marketing Manager, SimplePractice Learning
SimplePractice Learning, an on-demand learning platform by SimplePractice, is seeking a Content Marketing Manager with an entrepreneurial drive who’s empowered by our mission to redefine the learning experience for health and wellness professionals and disrupt the antiquated continuing education (CE) industry.
You will be joining the SimplePractice marketing group, working closely with the SimplePractice Learning group, to implement robust content marketing programs for our existing library of learning courses and influence content strategy for new content that inspires our customers.
In this role, you’ll play an active role in defining, shaping, and implementing overall marketing programs to bring our course content to life. You’ll have experience in content marketing, and be an excellent communicator, collaborator, and coordinator to bring a course to market. You’ll think creatively to solve problems, help implement programs that can grow the business, and make data-informed decisions to facilitate course purchases.
What you'll do day-to-day
- Develop robust content marketing and distribution strategy of existing content that includes email, social media, and more
- Manage email marketing strategy, including calendar planning and ideation, by making data-informed decisions based on course purchase information, previous email metrics, industry trends, and audience interest
- Collaborate on content strategy and strategically think about courses being produced, including title, abstract, and content included
- Oversee website copy and ensure it aligns with brand and SEO best practices
- Collaborate with the paid acquisitions team to understand strategy, bring new ideas, and further facilitate new customer growth
- Implement new content marketing channels that could be effective in growing customer acquisition
- Develop and own a robust content marketing strategy that expands beyond that tactical marketing initiatives being managed today
Requirements
- 3+ years of content marketing experience
- eCommerce experience is a nice to have
- Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform marketing decisions.
- Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts. Experience with Asana or similar project management tool is a plus.
