Job Summary:
The Content Marketing Coordinator supports the Marketing team with planning and hands-on execution of iHerb’s international digital marketing programs, focusing on social media and the iHerb Blog program. The requirements of the Content Marketing Coordinator role will evolve as business needs do.
Job Expectations:
- Manage and administer the iHerb Blog program
- Monitor and administer postings on social media properties (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.), concentrating on blog content promotion
- Interact with iHerb's followers, fostering engagement with the social media community
- Run and fulfill social media contests on Facebook and Instagram
- Social media audience analysis and performance reporting
- Manage email communication for iHerb’s social media properties
- Partner with internal and external resources to translate social media content, blog content, promotional content, and other Marketing-specific assets into additional languages
- Keep master Marketing calendar up-to-date with promotions, social media content, etc.
- Develop creative social media marketing strategies, assisting in the design of creative assets as needed
- Manage influencer and product review campaigns to build iHerb’s community of ambassadors, advocates, customers, and fans
- Assist in other Marketing-related projects as needed
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an ability to present concepts verbally
- Strong organizational skills
- Bilingual in Chinese, Korean, Russian, or Japanese a major plus
- Passion for social media and health and wellness content
Education and Experience Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of relevant Marketing experience, preferably within Content Management or Social Media
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or other related field or a combination of education and equivalent work experience
- Graphic Design experience is preferred
