We are looking for an experienced and passionate Competitive Intelligence Manager to help develop and build out ServiceTitan’s competitive assets and programs. You will directly impact ServiceTitan's growth by contributing to the development, oversight and execution of our competitive strategy. You will report to our Director of Competitive Intelligence. 

**This role is flexible to being remote however candidate must be based on the West Coast

As our Competitive Intelligence Manager, you will: 

• Build competitive marketing assets for all of ServiceTitan’s product portfolio across each vertical with a specific focus on New Markets & Pro Products
• Design battlecards and implement trainings for the sales organization
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to create specific product and/or market collateral that highlight advantages in utilizing ServiceTitan
• Establish regular reporting cadence on latest competitive developments, insights and recommendations to leadership
• Develop and lead strategy projects and present findings to executive management
• Conduct win-loss analysis of key deals
• Create ROI/TCO assets across the portfolio for usage in Sales and Marketing
• Be a trusted advisor to partner organization on competitive landscape
• Research and stay up to date as a trusted advisor on the competitive landscape to various teams

To be successful in this role, you’ll need: 

• 5+ years of full time working experience with a minimum of 2+ years working in strategy, product marketing, market research and/or competitive intelligence in the software industry
• Bachelor’s degree; M.B.A. required
• Proven success in driving research programs from concept to execution to application
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, tailored for audience from individual contributors to leadership to translate learnings into actionable recommendations via presentations, playbooks, and enablement resources
• Strong project management skills to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines in a fast-paced and fluid environment
• Self-Motivated with the ability to own, prioritize and drive timely execution
• Strong Microsoft Office Skills
• Familiarity with Crayon, Tableau and/or Salesforce a plus
