About the Team: Partnerships are a critical means by which we drive user growth, awareness, and usage of TikTok. We are looking for an experienced communications specialist to support the TikTok community strategy. You will help us build the TikTok creator & partner community by executing a best-in-class scaled communications strategy across social and email channels. This role will use social media and email communications best practices to connect with creators and ensure the social calendar is executed flawlessly. You will develop social, email and learning content, launch programs, launch features and promote programs. You will be required to understand all online community communication touch points and develop initiatives to communicate with creators & partners in a timely manner that drives creator connection and satisfaction. Additionally, as the direct touch point with the community, this person will increase engagement, quality of online interactions and depth of insights to drive sustained growth. This position will also be the power user of the tools and technologies that drive efficiencies and optimized community management. Responsibilities: - Own and execute creator social media calendar including developing creative, scheduling posts, monitoring analytics and reporting - Proactively and responsively engage the creator community on social channels (TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube) and email newsletters - Develop engaging, creative and on-brand assets to accompany social posts by collaborating with the design team - Support online and offline events to facilitate conversations and connections online - Evaluate sentiment & conversation on TikTok owned and operated channels for creator community development opportunities - Create analytics reports measuring effectiveness of communication strategy as necessary - Work closely with Creator Partnerships, Brand Marketing & Product Marketing to stay up to date with product and creator evolution as well as amplify launches through creator communication channels - Stay up to date on new social media tools, cultural moments, and competitor activity so that TikTok can leverage these trends and technologies - Maintain a line of open communication with user support & communications to address creator support inquiries - Act as the voice of our creator community back to internal teams, advocating for changes to address critical feedback and improve creator experience on TikTok

Qualifications

- 5 years of social media management experience and a true social native with enthusiasm to serve a community of creators. - BS/BA in marketing, journalism, communications or related field - Demonstrated ability to manage a large social community with strong attention to detail (follow up time, tone of voice, synthesizing insights to content team, etc.) - Experience managing various social media accounts - developing strategy, content, posting, engagement and tracking performance - Excellent communication skills (visual and written) with a superior attention to detail - Strong quantitative skills; knowledge of key social media platforms and metrics. Ability to track analytics, key performance indicators (i.e. community growth, engagement. sentiment), and generate monthly reports & recommendations - Understanding of the TikTok platform, TikTok community (creators, partners ^ public figures), and the current competitive landscape of online creators. - A team player who is highly-organized, accountable, proactive, and solution-oriented in a fast paced environment - Willingness and ability to help drive digital/social competencies among cross functional teams via case study sharing
