Business Marketing Manager, Web Properties

We’re looking for a Business Marketing Manager for web properties to join us! As a member of the Global Business Marketing digital team, you will manage our Web Property for advertisers, ForBusiness.Snapchat.com.
You’ll be responsible for maintaining the overall health and performance of the site across desktop and mobile. This includes defining the roadmap, ensuring the site design is consistent with our brand guidelines, and partnering with other teams at Snap in prioritizing content to deploy. Working from our Santa Monica headquarters, you’ll collaborate with other members of the Global Business Marketing team, SMB Programs, and product and data science teams to ensure the site delivers on our collective strategic goals and yields insights which inform our broader marketing strategies.
What you’ll do:
Drive the long-term web strategy for our advertiser site ForBusiness.Snapchat.com
Collaborate with other members of the Global Business Marketing team, Data Analytics, SMB programs, Product Marketing, Marketing Insights and other cross-functional partners to define content roadmaps.
Develop strategies for streamlining navigation and site architecture in order to elevate the customer experience.
Enhance the site through effective content management and design ensuring alignment with our marketing strategies, consistency with our design standards, accuracy, and legal compliance.
Design and implement optimized workflows in order to deliver on the roadmap. Identify gaps, test new initiatives, and implement scalable solutions.
Prioritize cross-functional requests to launch and maintain website content based on business goals.
Educate other teams on roadmaps and processes, and create and maintain training materials where applicable.
Define digital standards and guidelines in partnership with Content Strategists UX/UI Designers and Engineers.
Leverage analytics, market research and usability testing to define and continuously enhance content and design strategy.
Generate ongoing reports on website health, content performance and related insights.
Develop and execute successful SEO strategies including guiding content and eng teams through keyword research and technical solves
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Experience defining web roadmaps aligned with overall business and marketing strategies.
Proven track record of managing websites and measuring content performance.
Ability to leverage analytics, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), market research and usability testing to create and continuously enhance web content and design strategy.
Knowledge of User Experience and Information Architecture.
Ability to quickly understand business and technical requirements.
Knowledge of compliance requirements for standards like GDPR and CCPA
Skilled in web technologies (tools, system software)
Experience in building websites in Contentful or other Content Management Systems
Experience with Google Analytics 360
Knowledge of current web usability and accessibility best practices
Experience working with a global team in different timezones to build and publish web content.
Experience simplifying complexity and effectively communicating with business and technical executives, as well as external stakeholders
Self-starter with strong collaboration skills and ability to multitask. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and is comfortable with ambiguity.
Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form.

Minimum Qualifications:
BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
8+ years of website strategy, design, or admin experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in B2B marketing
Experience managing people and leading teams
Experience working collaboratively across multiple disciplines including: User Experience (UX), Project Management, and Analytics
Experience with overall UX/Design principles, enforcement of Style Guides and other Digital Web Standards
