Summary:  

Quibi has an immediate opening for a Creative Solutions Lead who will be responsible for determining what makes great advertising creative on the platform, scaling these learnings to our clients & helping us push the boundaries of creativity as our platform, content & formats evolve.   

This role will be highly cross-functional in nature & will require you to work hand in hand with Sales Leadership, Product/Engineering, User Research, Content & other teams.   

What You'll Do:  

  • You’ll be responsible for identifying how brands best communicate their messages to the Quibi audience, supporting the sales team in educating their clients/agencies & helping guide our product development. Specifically, you’ll be responsible for:  
  • Determining creative best practices for advertising on Quibi  
  • Building these learnings into evergreen materials that educate & inspire clients  
  • Leading workshops with clients & their agencies  
  • Guiding our research team to measure ad creative & learn how to improve clients’ performance  
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for 3rd Party Creative Solutions providers  
  • Support client-facing teams in coming up with new, innovative ways for brands to communicate their messages on the platform  
  • Act as a thought partner and collaborator on ad product roadmap, providing the rationale for product development around ad creative   

  

What You'll Need:   

  • A minimum of 10 years+ in brand content, sales strategy or creative solutions roles at an agency/client or network/publisher/platform  
  • Experience creating best practices from scratch and evolving them as the medium changes  
  • Deep understanding of the advertising creative process & ability to influence different stakeholders to create something new for a platform  
  • Strong communication skills- ability to command a room & influence internal & external stakeholders  
  • Experience leading high performing teams  
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive within rapidly changing & uncertain dynamics   
  • Demonstrated leadership experience at an industry level and with senior clients
