What you’ll get to do

• Build out a team of independent content creators from freelance writers to videographers, photographers, and graphic designers
• Develop content and campaigns that drive the business goals and multiple departments: visitor growth, engagement, acquisition, and retention
• Develop strong content-relationships with partner drivers and shippers alike
• Work with product and SEO teams to help develop and implement profitable content strategies
• Plan quarterly content calendars and budgets - including and not limited to: blog articles, videos, photos, content stories
• Plan, own and execute the distribution of content across all platforms both external and internal as it aligns with larger marketing initiatives
• Set quarterly content goals and budgets that align with larger product launches or new city role outs
• Create, plan, and own repeatable content from end to end
• Create organized systems to make content available, and structured for each team

What success looks like in this role

• 3-5+ years of experience with hands on content creation with a great portfolio to back it up
• 1+ years of experience of content management and content management software like WebDam or Hubspot
• Ability to work collaboratively with all departments from CX, Operations, Product, and Engineering
• Deadline oriented and knows how to tap a network or roll your sleeves to roll up to come in under budget
• Expansive knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
• Experience crafting stories that build brand affinity, drive traffic, and grow revenue
• Passionate about storytelling and creating a movement
• User-centric
• Loves people
