As Brand Campaign Strategist you will be passionate about marketing strategy, brand marketing, and interested in identifying and solving market problems with a desire to tell the world about it.

 You will support strategic marketing programs to establish a strong brand voice to drive revenue.

 As a Marketing Brand Strategist, you will work in collaboration with other cross-functional teams to passionately contribute and execute on those strategic programs.

 You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining the required industry, market, and product knowledge. You will be expected to have the ability to develop brand strategy, drive innovation, and thought-provoking market leading content.

 Key Responsibilities:

• With the support of the Brand Strategist, you will own all major brand initiatives at Procore
• Own the entire campaign process from discovery, concept development, brief development, and asset review to live and gathering learnings
• Work closely with channel owners to establish cohesive plans that support the campaign’s overarching goals
• Increase brand awareness and goodwill toward Procore through cohesive campaign development across all channels
• Optimize content and its distribution in real time - report out on performance against established KPIs
• Become an expert in positioning Procore against the competition
• Develop and manage Procore’s brand calendar, ensuring we are supporting and elevating our brand pillars throughout the year
• Develop Procore’s print advertising strategy and calendar

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3-4 years’ experience in brand marketing preferred
• You always put the customer first, and know how to develop briefs that give creative teams the information needed to develop clear, concise, and targeted marketing materials
• You are an expert communicator, who can collaborate among a wide range of stakeholders while managing many moving parts
• You believe in ownership of your role and take initiative to find opportunities, develop plans that inspire others, and ensure execution through measured results
• You thrive in an environment that encourages openness
• You have strong writing and presentation skills
• You have demonstrated the ability to influence others and build strong working relationships across departments
• Knowledge of the construction industry and the ability to capitalize on trends within it is highly desirable
• BA or BS degree preferred
