FabFitFun is looking for a seasoned Beauty Brand Partnerships Manager to join our Merchandising team. This Manager will report to the Director, Brand Partnerships, Beauty and be responsible for sourcing amazing beauty products for our box, building and maintaining relationships with our luxury beauty brand partners, and keeping our fabulous customers happy. We are looking for an individual who is at the cutting edge of the latest of beauty, wellness, and lifestyle trends with a demonstrated track record of success in your career.

What you’ll do:

• Source and curate high-quality beauty products: color cosmetics, skin care, hair care and body products for our seasonal subscription boxes and related sales
• Oversee creation of tailored presentations for brand partners
• Structure deals and lead negotiations with brand partners and vendors which incorporate FabFitFun’s capabilities, including box sampling, custom editorial and media content, influencer campaigns, and activations
• Use trends and knowledge about the competitive landscape to develop a strategic vision for potential new brands and product lines
• Work closely with our internal teams and brand partners on contracts and product related issues
• Project manage brand campaigns with our Marketing and Editorial teams

What you have:

• 6+ years in brand management and/or merchandising with preferred experience working with a subscription box business model
• Existing knowledge and relationships within the beauty industry
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related-field
• Passion for all things beauty and follow the latest trends in the lifestyle categories
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively throughout an organization and across cross-functional teams
• A strong work ethic, ability to take initiative, great attitude, and are a self starter
• Proficient knowledge of Salesforce, Keynote, Microsoft Office, and Google Docs
