Summary:

Quibi has an immediate opening for an Associate to join the Marketing Strategy and Analytics group at Quibi. This candidate will partner closely with Quibi’s brand marketing, content marketing, and social media executives, develop strategic insights to drive key business decisions, and create and track KPIs to guide strategic planning. The ideal candidate will be energized by the idea of building our go-to-market approach from the ground up in a data-driven, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner closely with the Brand & Content Marketing team to lead strategic thinking, budget planning, and all analysis for brand marketing, content marketing, and social media

  • Create, implement, and maintain infrastructure for content marketing strategy including prioritization and budget planning

  • Develop KPIs to track demand and impact of Quibi’s brand, shows, talent, and marketing campaigns

  • Collaborate with Data Analyst to design reporting dashboards to monitor KPIs

  • Segment and size various market opportunities to guide marketing priorities and investment allocations

  • Uncover opportunities to create impact and efficiencies through analysis

What You’ll Need:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a highly analytical environment in which modeling and strategic analysis are regularly performed and managed with senior stakeholders (e.g., experience at a top management consulting firm focused on media/ entertainment, consumer, digital media, tech, early stage companies; experience in marketing planning and analysis at a media/ entertainment, consumer, digital media, tech company or start-up)

  • Strong project management skills with experience developing and executing strategy successfully

  • Exceptional cross-functional partner, collaborator, and communicator

  • Expert Excel skills and enthusiasm for complex problem solving through data analysis, financial modeling, or other statistical modeling

  • Ability to clearly communicate complex analyses and actionable insights to a broad range of creative, financial, and technical cross-functional business partners

  • Both big picture strategic thinking and the ability to dig in to the details

  • Entrepreneurial spirit and can-do attitude of a self-starter who can work effectively autonomously

  • Experience building reporting capabilities in Tableau is a plus
