Summary:

We’re looking for an Associate to join the Strategy and Analytics group at Quibi with a focus on marketing. This team develops the strategic insights to drive key business decisions related to marketing strategy. This team works across brand marketing, content marketing, social media, growth/ subscriber acquisition marketing, corporate communications, and publicity. Additionally, the team will create and track KPIs for the marketing team to guide strategic planning. Since the product is not yet available to consumers, the team is currently focused on building the infrastructure, setting up the processes, and defining the key strategic questions needed to guide the business in the future.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with the marketing team to develop the overall marketing and subscriber acquisition strategy
  • Develop trusted relationships with marketing stakeholders
  • Conduct market research, track and compile industry trends and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies
  • Clearly communicate complex analyses and actionable insights to a broad range of creative and technical cross-functional business partners
  • Build reporting capabilities to design and create dashboards (e.g., Tableau)
  • Develop KPIs and track brand health and demand for Quibi’s brand, shows, and marketing campaigns
  • Segment and size various market opportunities to guide marketing priorities and investment allocations
  • Inform our owned and earned media strategies to drive business goals

What You’ll Need:

  • 4-6 years of experience in a highly analytical environment (e.g. strategy and analysis in an entertainment/digital media/consumer products or services company, top management consulting firm, investment bank or similarly demanding environment in which modeling and strategic analysis are regularly performed and managed with senior stakeholders)
  • Entrepreneurial spirit of a self-starter who can work effectively autonomously
  • Analytical thought partner, extremely detail oriented
  • Skills and experiences as a cross-functional partner, collaborator, and communicator
  • Experience with digital marketing planning, audience development, or developing customer acquisition strategies preferably in a subscription business
  • Intellectual curiosity with an ability to turn analysis into actionable insights to guide decision making
  • Adaptability and excitement to work in a growing and changing business environment
  • Prior experience in entertainment/media, technology, and/or marketing a plus
  • Prior experience working with business intelligence or data visualization platforms like Tableau
