An instrumental part of GOAT Group, the Marketing team oversees a wide range of activities, which aim to build awareness, consideration and loyalty for our brands. As a member of this team, you will work to execute thoughtful, data-driven marketing campaigns that drive meaningful growth for the company.


We are looking for a Associate Director of Product Marketing, Strategy & Insights to drive product adoption and engagement at GOAT Group by working closely with our Product, Design, Analytics, Finance, Performance Marketing, Business Development, Engineering, and CRM teams. As a member of the Marketing team, you are highly data-driven, possess a strong operational mindset, and have strong expertise in all areas of strategy development and execution, including business analysis and delivering customer-centric solutions. Here, you’ll apply best in class technology product marketing, like machine learning, virtual reality and exceptional brand innovation, to make the complex, simple; the unimaginable, doable; the futuristic, realistic. As we transform the business through our elevated approach to problem solving, we’ll continue to prioritize the customer’s trust at the heart of everything we offer.


Innovating on one of the world’s most stylish platforms, you’ll get to deliver priority strategy projects, enhance and build products, and work with some of the most motivated and complex professionals. With the GOAT Group brands, you’ll be responsible for the overall product marketing strategy for GOAT, Flight Club, alias and future brands.

In this role you will:

  • Product Marketing Leader - you lead and inspire teams, evangelize product strategy special projects and vision, and develop a talented team. You are an empathetic leader who draws the best from all to improve our web and mobile functionality across all device types and brands
  • Strategy Projects - as we experience tremendous growth, there are strategic opportunities in business development, partnerships, and other business cases where we look at explore opportunities for scale and use financial scenario analysis to inform executive decisions and cross departmental strategy
  • Customer Obsessed - you will learn about customer’s needs first and obsess over every aspect of their experience. You will work to reduce customer effort and aim to delight them with the best possible fashion marketplace platform
  • Creative & Innovative - you are an innovative thinker and able to synthesize data from multiple sources (including analytics, user research, and design) to identify key unmet needs and solutions that can address the needs. You relish in solving problems in a fun and simple way
  • Collaborative & Influential - you have the ability to influence up and down the organization and work collaboratively with a large number of teams to make the vision of the product successful. You build bridges and trust within teams across the company
  • Curious & Data-Driven - you draw insights from new and varied information and inputs, and have extensive experience with unstructured problem solving you can synthesize data, identify and analyze complex, long-term problems. You are always learning and have a bias for action
  • Technology Savvy - you have a good understanding of AI forecasting/machine learning and know how technology can be applied to solve difficult customer problems.
  • Process Oriented - you thrive in a fast-paced environment and proactively build processes and structures to drive influence and positive change across the organization

We are looking for:

  • 7-9+ years in strategy consulting, product marketing, corporate marketing or marketing strategy.
  • 5+ years leading teams
  • Expertise in qualitative and quantitative consumer research and insights, including hands-on experience from research design to execution and analysis
  • M&A and FP&A experience is a plus and previous experience working on materials for board decks, investor presentations, and ad hoc projects is highly desirable
  • Past success leading cross-functional strategy development, at the intersection of business, marketing, and product strategy. Proven experience identifying opportunities, building business cases, and influencing product and cross-department roadmaps
  • Demonstrated understanding of positioning, segmentation, messaging strategy, user experience, and marketing techniques to drive engagement with existing features and benefits and launch new products, features, or markets
  • Experience scaling marketing, research, and GTM strategies internationally
  • Experience with Looker, Amplitude, Mode, Tableau or similar platforms
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are required and SQL experience is a plus
  • Previous technology company, eCommerce, marketplace, B2B2C experience is a plus
