The Role: 

Puffco is looking for a multidisciplinary Associate Creative Director to help bring big-agency tactics with top-notch conceptualization and execution to an industry with huge possibilities. You’ll be contributing to our Instagram account, developing campaigns around product launches, designing community events, and helping to lay the foundation for the future of creative / marketing in our industry. We’re looking for an A-player who has the talent to do it all, but can add and utilize resources to help produce with a higher quality and higher output.

What we need from you:

• EXECUTION:  Serious design chops are required with exceptional type and layout sensibilities, all while executing a vision from beginning to end. 
• Imagination: Once you’re finished creating a jaw-dropping design piece for the Instagram, you’re concepting new ways of reaching our audience through a digital campaign or event activation.
• Direction - we need you to run photoshoots, manage the talent, and work within a deadline with a sound organizational strategy.
• Stay up to date with new innovations and industry trends.
• Manage your time and resources with attention to detail.

What you Possess:

• 5 - 8 years of experience 
• Must have an online Portfolio to apply (No pdf’s). 
• Strong executional ability.
• Big Idea Thinking // you go beyond the execution or tactical tasks and come up with campaignable thoughts that work across all media platforms. AND you can bring them to life.
• Versatile: You can create incredible imagery, concept and direct impactful video work, and create a unique space for our fans to enjoy the products. You’re consistently demonstrating problem-solving skills no matter what you touch, with an obsessive work ethic.
• Production Savvy: you know how to work within budgetary constraints and have experience working with photographers, directors, and vendors to bring the ideas to life.
• Resource Management: You can move several projects forward in parallel, to consistently be offering more for our community to connect with. All within tight budgets and timelines.
• Cultural Player: Your interests outside of work inform and impact your own aesthetic. You’re constantly looking at who is doing awesome shit and considering how it’s affecting the audience that experiences it.
