What’s The Role About: 

 

This hands-on Associate Community Manager position would suit a self-motivated, results-oriented individual who is comfortable in a casual, but fast paced, environment. You are the first person that our customers contact when they have an issue. The speed, technical accuracy and the respect you share with the community every day is at the core of whether a prospect chooses to be a Puffco advocate. You play a major role because Puffco is a deeply authentic brand that aims to differentiate by the high quality of each customer interaction. 

 

Some things you will be responsible for:

 

  • Assist with managing the Puffco Support Instagram page
    • Perform light troubleshooting assistance and forward customers to the Warranty Departmentwhen necessary, with the exception of the occasional escalation that needs to be promptly handled in the direct messages
  • Assist with moderating all Puffco Social Media posts across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Linkedin, looking for Customer Service issues and providing assistance
  • Assist with monitoring and moderating all Puffco Social Media channels, proactively looking for mentions/tags/hashtags and comments across Puffco Instagram, Puffco Support Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Reddit, and other forums, prioritizing Instagram and tending to customer complaints
  • Identify who our most positive, engaged, and active customers are on Puffco Instagram and Jollyroger’s Instagram, maintaining a log of potential giveaway winners for holiday giveaways, etc.
    • Maintain log of most engaged Instagram users via Puffco and jollyroger’s accounts
  • Maintain Instagram ban log
  • Reach out to contest winners via Support Instagram and facilitate processing Puffco giveaways
  • Process warranty replacement orders in Shopify

 

Some qualifications and skills we need you to have:

 

  • 1-3 years’ experience in Customer Service, Customer Support or Community Management
  • Experience with FedEx Ship Station and Stamps.com
  • Experience using Shopify preferred
  • Experience using Sprout Social preferred
  • Experience providing customer service via Zendesk
  • Critical thinker - able to skillfully assess and analyze situations in a self-directed, self-disciplined manner
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • The ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
  • Able to deescalate and appropriately handle time-sensitive customer support related needs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in using MS Office Suite
  • Outgoing and friendly demeanor
  • Manages and self directs priorities with minimal oversight
  • Appreciation and enthusiasm for cannabis culture
