The Art Director - Senior Designer will work alongside and support the Builder brand teams. Your responsibility will be to bring the vision of our brand to life in an engaging and creative way. You will help create experiences to develop brand engagement across advertising, digital landscape, and events.

The exceptional candidate will have a diverse and well-rounded skill set across image making and graphic design, creating inspirational, contemporary content in collaboration with the creative team. The ideal candidate is also passionate about user-centered experience design, inspired by curiosity, and able to handle both high-level vision and detail-focused implementation.

Will be supported by our creative design team in developing visual brand voice for social media, sales collateral, visual design, and video editing. Helping set goals with our design team.This position works with the team to develop and articulate the vision through a variety of visual mediums and intersecting disciplines, conceives the look and feel that defines the creative product and design intent. Our Art Director - Senior Designer must be a strategically-focused creative who is able to collaborate with other like-minded people to create experiences that work across digital and traditional platforms. We need someone who can seamlessly transform creative ideas into on-brand images, layouts and other designs which power our storytelling abilities, from marketing to sales and every stakeholder in between.

Six Month Deliverables

• Improve user engagement by at least 20% (most successful campaign you’ve helped build)
• Help create lead gen sales through collateral
• Establish new social media channels that are brand relevant
• Create and manage workflow processes for sales collateral

• Passionate about loosely held values and ideas. We want someone who has experience but is not blinded by the path already taken.
• Good understanding of the social media landscape
• 4+ years of hands on experience in an Art Director role, working with a design team.
• Animated gif and banner creation
• Self sufficient and able to take direction well.
• Agency or tech based background.
• Experience working with C-suite customers, executives, and sales.
• Solid professional experience using design software like; Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch, Large Scale Printing, GTO, Google Slides, Keynote, Graphic Design, Indesign, Visual Design.
• After Effects and Infographics is a plus
• You push the boundaries of conventional thinking by exploring new methodologies to take the organization to the next level
