Who We’re Seeking:

Reporting to the VP of Performance Marketing, Affiliate Marketing Manager will be a key contributor in growing Omaze’s community and maximizing donations via our affiliate platforms in the US and abroad. Leveraging the power of top celebrities as well as Omaze’s own brand, you will drive traffic to the Omaze site with a focus on generating revenue while optimizing towards a set of KPI goals. This is a performance marketing role with a heavy emphasis on managing affiliate relationships. 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Own the design and strategy of the Omaze affiliate program that meets or exceeds revenue and user acquisition goals.
  • Grow and expand the affiliate channel in other countries (UK, EU, etc), amplifying existing partnerships and recruiting new partners across all categories. 
  • Conduct ongoing offer testing and partner bonuses, understanding the trade-offs between CAC efficiency and volume. 
  • Explore new ways of engaging with partners, creating test plans to improve performance.
  • Run tests to optimize acquisition and ensure that all key publishers reach targets and receive the necessary exposure across a network of sites.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to test and scale top-performing messaging and creative across the program.
  • Manage tracking links and audits for all publisher accounts.
  • Check on affiliates’ posts, making sure campaign promotions are appropriate, accurate and reflect Omaze’s brand guidelines.

Our Ideal Candidate: 

  • 4+ years experience in affiliate marketing 
  • Deep expertise in affiliate networks or SaaS platforms (ShareASale, Commission Junction, Impact, AWIN, etc.) required
  • Direct affiliate marketing experience (in-house, agency, network) 
  • Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Agile and able to manage competing priorities 
  • You have full command of paid acquisition KPIs
  • Ability to not only report on data but use it to tell a story & make timely decisions
  • Willingness and desire to roll up your sleeves and execute on paid marketing campaigns from start to finish

Location

The office is located in Marina del Rey with easy access to plenty of restaurants. We are close to LAX, beaches and Marina.
