Summary of Position:

The Affiliate Account Manager is responsible for working directly with online advertising affiliate partners for LowerMyBills.com ClassesUSA.com. S/He will be responsible for daily lead volume management for affiliate partners, as well as investigating and fixing lead flow issues. The Affiliate Account Manager will work across Sales, Marketing and Product teams to building and monitor forecasts, developing new partnerships, driving engagement of existing relationships, and creating new opportunities. To be effective, the Affiliate Account Manager will exhibit a creative and analytical mindset focused on increasing lead flow and profits.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate volume forecasts with Sales and Marketing groups
• Monitor budget fulfillment and communicate daily volume pacing
• Track daily performance of affiliate programs to identify opportunities as well as prevent fraud and ensure compliance with each program’s terms and conditions
• Troubleshoot lead flow challenges
• Work closely with the Affiliate Publishers to maximize the effectiveness of each program
• Upload cost templates to ensure costs in our Data Warehouse are accurate
• Support other various short-term projects

Required Experience
