ConsumerTrack is looking for an advertising operations manager to oversee the ad operations team. This role is responsible for the execution of custom campaigns across both owned and operated and external media sites. This role will interface with both the client and internal departments at ConsumerTrack on tasks including but not limited to:

  1. Manage the efforts of the ad operations coordinators while assuming accountability for ensuring that custom advertiser campaigns launch as sold.
  2. Training and development of staff and new hires.
  3. Creating, maintaining structure and integrity of inventory, managing inventory.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve ad delivery and technical issues.
  5. Forecasting future inventory impression volume for custom sponsorships, new programming and redesigning web pages.
  6. Oversight of ad call and ad inventory implementation.
  7. Working effectively across multiple teams and divisions (editorial, design, technical development, ad operations, sales) to create and implement integrated advertising solutions.
  8. Assisting the sales team in the creation of customer advertiser brand-integrations.
  9. Institute best practices, improve workflow and efficiency and recommend process enhancement.
  10. Prepare and analyze reports to ensure optimization and pacing standards.
  11. Uncover trends within campaign data to create a positive story for client presentations to secure future renewed business.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience
  • DFP experience
  • 3+ years experience managing a team
  • 3rd party reporting
  • Ad exchange integration
  • Video ad serving
  • Custom/native ad serving

Good to have skills

  • Proprietary ad server experience
  • Experience with sales management/CRM tools
  • JIRA experience
