Responsibilities - Establish strong business partnerships with TikTok's top-tier strategic business development partners, with a focus on exceptional customer service. - Serve as main point of contact for, and navigate through, multi-layered global organizations. - Prioritize competing priorities and streamline campaign execution process. - Use a consultative approach to partnership, by offering strategic media solutions that meet the business needs of our partners. - Educate our partners and serve as a product expert, well-versed in TikTok's value proposition and the capabilities and limitations of our ads platform. - Uphold TikTok's advertising guidelines and community standards and ensure ad creative meets those standards. - Perform ad campaign performance reporting and revenue tracking across regions. - Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or another field with relevant work experience. - 3-5 years of marketing, brand advertising, media sales, ad operations, and/or online advertising experience Preferred Requirements - Expert knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing. - Knowledge of self-serve advertising platforms, basic ad auction mechanics, and bidding strategies in digital advertising. - Proven performance winning the support of key stakeholders. - Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment. - Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - A team player and collaborator. - Passion for TikTok marketing, and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up.
