The Acquisition Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving new buyer growth through a variety of digital marketing strategies with a focus on optimizing acquisition metrics such as conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), and ROI by channel and media campaign. In this role you’ll work with the VP of Digital Marketing to drive the digital media strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Research, create, and execute customer acquisition programs.
  • Identify and handle outreach to affiliate marketplaces (clickbooth, clickbank, Magna Global, etc). Work with Product Manager to help facilitate integration. 
  • Manage and execute paid search campaigns delivering on buyer growth, including spend, keyword strategy, A/B testing & ad copy.
  • Manage prospecting and retargeting campaigns on a variety of performance media channels.
  • Partner with the creative and product teams to optimize and test creative assets, landing pages, and ad copy.
  • Participate in a cross functional team to drive website conversion rate optimization and manage email acquisition by increasing traffic from channels. 
  • Monitor trends, implement best practices and use innovative tactics to drive buyer growth.
  • Develop new ads, A/B test, and optimize on a daily basis
  • Produce reporting on marketing campaign, traffic growth, and conversions based on campaigns, partnerships, ect
  • Responsible for outreach to new companies, organizations, and websites to promote Chef’d content. 

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years digital marketing experience including, search engine marketing, affiliate marketing, and lead generation
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • A willingness to multitask and be flexible to take on varied responsibilities
  • Strong attention to detail, effective communication, excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work with data to compile and analyze metrics to create reports and drive decisions. Experience using: MS Office specifically advanced Excel, Google Analytics, Adwords certification & experience managing other PPC platforms such as Bing and Gemini
