Account Manager
We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our growing team. Are you a highly communicative, client focused marketer? Do you enjoy helping people further their businesses by designing and executing bespoke digital marketing strategies? If so, we’d love to speak with you!
As an Account Manager, you’ll be the point of contact for our most high-profile clients — the world’s most successful real estate agents and their teams. You’ll invest your time to understand their business, brand, and vision. As their liaison with our client marketing team, you’ll guide clients through their marketing implementation, launch, and monthly reporting and iterations. You’ll own the roles of project manager, marketing expert, and account manager.
You’re good at:
Working with clients to lead strategy and offer guidance, set expectations and provide reassurance during escalations
Project Management, as you’ll manage implementation and ongoing campaigns
Collaborating, working across departments to clearly communicate deadlines and expectations
Being curious, constantly looking to enhance your marketing tool kit, broaden expertise and improve processes
Expanding revenue
Staying even-keeled and lighthearted, with the ability to maintain a baseline when faced with stressful situations and demanding clients
Results oriented work. Serving clients’ interests is always top of mind
You have:
Expertise or generalist level knowledge across SEO, Social, and Paid
Experience working at an agency or brand, managing digital marketing campaigns
A track record of results-oriented success built on data and analytics
Prior success as a result of your innovation
An interest in the real estate industry (a passion is a plus)
